pass.care is the new home of everylifetechnologies.com. Same login, same platform, same team. Just a simpler way to find us.
You’ve called us PASS for years. It’s time our domain caught up. Below are the questions we’re hearing most, answered, so you know exactly what this means for you and your service.
The short version: for you, almost nothing changes.
Our website address, everylifetechnologies.com, is now pass.care, and every old link redirects to the same page at the new address.
Our email addresses are moving too, from @everylifetechnologies.com to @pass.care. That happens gradually over the coming weeks, and both addresses will continue to work forever.
That’s the whole list. Your PASS platform, your data, your login, your contract and the people you speak to are all exactly as they were.
One small thing, and it takes a minute. Ask whoever looks after your IT to add pass.care to your safe senders list.
That keeps our support replies, invoices and renewal reminders landing in your inbox rather than your junk folder once we start writing to you from the new address. If you look after IT yourself, it’s usually a setting called safe senders, allow list or trusted senders in your email system.
Everything else happens on our side.
No. You sign in exactly as you do today.
Your login address, your username and your password are all unchanged, and this move doesn’t affect how you use the platform in any way. Your care plans, notes, MAR charts, rotas and reports are all where you left them.
If you’ve saved your login page as a bookmark or a shortcut on a work device, that keeps working too.
Gradually, over the coming weeks. We’re moving our team across in small groups rather than all at once, so nothing gets lost along the way.
During that time you’ll see both @everylifetechnologies.com and @pass.care addresses from us, and both are genuinely ours. Your usual contacts keep the same names and the same direct lines. Email sent to an old address still reaches the right person.
