A new way of working. The same commitment to care.
Your team already knows the people they support. Going digital helps them keep that knowledge connected, so information is easier to find, update and share.
For care workers
Access care plans and record visits on a phone, with the information needed to support each person.
For the office
See updates as care happens, without waiting for paper notes to come back.
For managers
Review records and find evidence in one place, with a clearer view of what needs attention.

"I don't think, as a company, we would ever go back to paper auditing, because PASS makes it so much easier."

Questions you might be asking
Yes, and it's part of onboarding rather than an extra. Training runs in four personalised stages across eight modules, led by a PASS Launch Project Manager, covering set-up, staff scheduling, finance and care planning. Extra one-to-one sessions for new users are available on request, and recorded sessions and training materials stay available on demand, so anyone who wants a second look can have one.
Paper doesn't convert itself, so we plan for it. Your project starts with a discovery session where we look at what you hold today, then agree what goes into PASS, who enters it and when. Most services keep their existing files for as long as their retention policy requires and start recording in PASS from an agreed date, rather than re-typing history.
Training takes place virtually and in short modules, so your team doesn't have to take extended time out from providing care. Face-to-face training is available on request. Sessions are recorded, which means someone on shift can catch up afterwards instead of missing it.
Services typically start using PASS within 30 days of signing up. Treat that as a guide rather than a promise: the pace depends on your goals, the time your team can give to training and how many people need it. You'll agree a realistic plan at the discovery session and follow progress in the implementation portal.
PASS works on most Windows and Apple desktops and laptops in the office, and on Android or Apple tablets and phones for your care workers. Plenty of services start with the devices their team already has. Hardware isn't included with PASS, so if you do need extra phones or tablets we'll say so early, while you're still planning.
You keep a dedicated account manager as your point of contact once you're live. For day-to-day questions, our UK-based customer support team is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, by email, live chat or telephone.
Let's talk about your first step
You don't need to have everything worked out before booking a tour. Tell us how you manage care today, see PASS in action and ask what making the move would involve.
